    Bad card - 3-5 days to get a new one?

    Hi, I woke up yesterday to find my HR24 telling me that it couldn't read my card. After troubleshooting with D* they transferred me. The tech said it was a bad card and it would take 3-5 days for them to send me a replacement card. I asked if they could overnight it and they said they...

    Thanks RACJ2. My email to Ellen orpmpted a phonecall from D*'s escalation group who said they have a direct pipeline into the warehouse and processed my order. I should have the box by Friday or Saturday.
