Autopay on website Dish's My Preferences/Billing web page for changing autopay billing isn't working. I tried to update credit card (got a new one after Target fiasco). Looks like it works, but it doesn't.

My turnarounds have also slowed to a crawl. Get one a week -- half speed. I have bunches of movies that are "very long wait" and have been for well over a month. Blu-rays. Oftentimes I'll see them at Redbox and just rent them. I wouldn't recommend to others that they sign up for this service...

I have 24 blu-ray items in queue and 14 are long wait, unavailable, etc. There's a Blockbuster nearby and I can often find them there and exchange, but wonder why this is. Sometimes I get a blu-ray from the Redbox right outside the Blockbuster for $1.60; oftentimes the movies are available there...

I notice Encore is showing Lord of the Rings trilogy, including the Extended versions over Thanksgiving weekend. I think the one starting Saturday night is the Extended one. Fodder for my EHD.

Happens to me quite consistently on a 722, but it was happening before the latest software update, too.

Just a suggestion that worked for me. By elimination, I finally discovered the USB port on the back of my 722 to be flaky, even using a powered USB hub. When I connected to the front USB port, the sling adaptor has worked great. I have a powered hub on the back one, with an EHD and little USB...

I don't mind a quick bug now and then, but the EPIX banner is a foot wide on my 46". I have to say that being ANNOYED by a product isn't good advertising.

Next month I'll have been with Dish for 10 years and I've always had excellent service, esp. the installers and chat reps.

I'm on a Mac and usually use Firefox for my browser. For the PPV site I have to use Safari, or I get that "Try again later" thang. Accidentally wasted a couple of PPV coupons as a result. Slow learner.
