There is one thing I am confused about. So if I get Dish 1000+ w/ the DPP44 switch, which Dish on my roof will I be replacing? The one pointing at 61.5 or the one pointing at 110/119?

I have America's Everything with the full HD and a bunch of internationals. So I can get rid of 2 dishes and just put up 1 Dish 1000+ with a dpp 44? Or do I just get rid of the dish NOT pointing at 61.5 because i know a lot of my locals are on it. Thanks for the responses.

Okay, here is my story. Last month, I was receiving errors whenever I ran a check switch. I had an SW-64 switch installed. Stupid old me didn't properly check everything, and went paid ~$200 to get a new switch installed (DPP 34?). Now this month, all of the international channels I watch...

This is completely absolutely offtopic - but if it makes you feel any better - i bought a brand new car less than a year ago with a $2000 Navigation system option. Now, in order for me to update my navigation system to the latest maps, i have to pay $190 for them to send me a brand spanking new...

i had a 721, my 622 came, i switched it out (already had 110, 119, and 61.5) all checks went well, called E* to activate, went to the tech support dept. and they activated it without any issues..

Here's what sucks, if you order now and you get an install sometime in April, shouldn't they charge you 99 instead of 299 since its going to take that long anyway? I'm sure by the time April comes around, customers will get installs much faster since supply will probably be a lot closer to demand.

THey screwed me up too. I called Dish to order a 622. Wanted to replace my (owned) 721 with the 622. the first argument i got into was that the CSR said i had to send my 721 back. I tried to explain to her that I OWNED the receiver and it wasn't theirs. After 5 minutes of arguing/explaining...

it was a mistake. i voted installer since i was told i didnt have the option of it being shipped.

I called to try to lease one and they wouldn't ship it to me...the lady said an installer HAS to come and install it since it's leased equipment. Is that normal?
