Well, the guide data for KLKN OTA is back to normal today. I saw that "No EPG" uplink info and saw that my guide data disappeared for that channel yesterday and it freaked me out. My bad! Sorry Dish! lol

I live in Lincoln, NE. I have Flex Pack w/o locals. I can confirm that KLKN OTA in the guide now says "No information available." WTF Dish?!

Back to normal after a power cord reset. Hopefully that is the cure.

Oh, and none of my timers are firing. I also get a message stating "timer creation failed" when I try to create a new timer from the guide. Didn't something like this happen last year? A corrupt guide data problem or something...

I'm having this icon problem too. Drives me crazy!

I switched to Flex yesterday and dropped locals from Dish. I lost guide data for my PBS OTA main channel. Strangely, I still have guide data for the associated PBS subchannels. I still have data for all of my other OTA channels as before. I'm hoping it comes back, but I have my doubts. Just...

Seems to be returning to normal for me. :)

So it's not just me. The thing that sucks is they FINALLY resolved the icon issue on the EHDs and now this. Ugh.

Anybody else seeing some strange new generic icons on their Hopper 3? They seem to be on random shows. They appear this way on my DVR screen and also when I go to info. They are this way on my Joey 2 as well. 99% of the icons on my system are ok, but this drives me crazy. See attached pics...

Unfortunately, I still get the "USB device connected" message the first time I power on for the day.

I went to bed around 10:30 last night and woke up at about 1:30. It was working again at 1:30.

Back to normal! All of my timers are back, I can create new ones, and PTAT is back. Thanks for the adventure, Dish!

Well, I'm already transferring recordings to my EHD just in case... Once I have all of them transferred I'll try a factory reset, assuming it doesn't heal itself overnight. It will be interesting to see how many people have this problem. It is kind of nice not to be the only one, for what...
