This is very true. One plus to these films being shown this way, however, is that in many cases the version of the films shown on these channels is the only version currently available to view.

Off topic I know, but if I search for a movie on my Roku, it tells me what services have it and if it is extra cost or not. The search is not perfect but it is very good.

I enjoy a lot of programming on Paramount Plus...the various Star Trek versions, original and revival Twilight Zones, Frazier, and I'm working my way through the seasons of Perry Mason. I'm pretty sure I'll always find something that interests me.

I installed my 4TB EHD about three weeks ago and yesterday it did not show up for the first time. I hit the red button and it returned when everything came back up. Hope it doesn't happen again because my elderly aunt watches and records a lot in her room and I'm sure my reboot irritated her,

Pole mount seems to be the standard install for both Dish and DirecTV in this area. My daughter and I both had pole mounts for DirecTV several years ago and pole mounts for Dish a few weeks ago, and there was no extra charge for anything, even with different installers.

I found it in Disk Manager, thanks for the advice, but it doesn't seem to want to let me do anything with it, such as partition it or format it. All the options are grayed out. It is a Seagate 4TB.

I just switched from DirecTV to Dish and my Hopper 3 and 3 Joeys all show as being refurbs on the boxes they came in, even with a new customer. They are all clean and in superb shape but the sticker on the box does say refurb.
