I combined bills about six months ago thinking it would make things easier. Boy was I wrong. After three months of wrong bills and calls trying to fix them, things have finally settled down. Take it from from someone who did it...., DONT DO IT.

Does Direct usually offer a special on premium channels like HBO, etc to get people to keep premiums after the 90 days that's free for new subscribers?

Just installed yesterday (Genie and 2 clients). Came from Comcast X1 DVR, left because of CRAZY price hike (was with Dish years ago when HD first came out). I have to say that compared to the X1, the Genie user interface is some what of a mess and very outdated. Hopefully since AT&T now owns it...

Seems like Dish missed one heck of an opportunity my not putting an HD or better camera on the satellite. The quality of the Dish earth channel really sucks at best.
