Best Number for Returning Customer

    Left 6 months ago (in good standing) and looking to come back to DirecTv. What is the best number to call or department to talk to to get the best deal as a returning customer?

    I think you have to be gone 12 months to be considered a new customer. I'd wait since the deals are better.

    Best bet ....

    But as Raoul points out, the return offers may not be that great after only a 6 mo. leave.

    Anyone got the phone number? Seems they changed the name of the department now with the ATT cut over to the new system.
    Searching I see 3 possible numbers to call now, not sure which one really go to the Loaylty dept?

    Lets us know what offer you get, others may want to return also.

    Just call and say cancel, that should get you sent to the loyalty department.
