I string tested it but that's the full extent of tuning I did to the dish. I decided to see if the last owner had it tuned and didn't adjust anything. As to the skew to be honest I don't know anything about adjusting it, I was guessing it was more of a satellite thing instead of a channel...

I am blind scanning everything, I have the receiver setting for the lnb on 5150.

So I guess at this point I need help. I seem to be getting vastly less c band channels as I should be. And I'm not sure why. Example on 101 I get around 7 channels and from data I've seen I should be expecting something around 20 and this applies to pretty much ever satellite I catch.... Could...

So I got this dish running, :) that's a plus even found galaxy 19... Having quiet the time figuring out where the rest are......

Well the cable is laid and installed! Dish is moving, just waiting for a receiver, ordered a AMIKO MINI HD265.

Got the actuator moving... Just needed a little penetrating fluid!

However the servo works on the feed horn.

Alright guys... My linear actuator seems stuck :/ I hear internal movement then it binds and over currents...

Also I am open to suggestions for the receiver... Doesn't need to have everything on the moon, but I do need to change satellites(obviously).

So I was looking at the lnb portion of it and noticed that it has a Chaparral feed horn.. Would this be something worth trying to make work or do you think It should be replaced?

I was honestly thinking about painting it like pac man... And the lnb cover to look like a ghost :biggrin
