    I finally got the Hopper 3! I want to thank Satellite Guys for this forum, and khemka for making it happen. That someone that high up at Dish would help a particular customer with their problem says a lot about the company.

    So I'll be staying with Dish after all. No Hopper 3 for me immediately, but I at least got confirmation Dish is working on a solution for low beam areas.
