So I had the install today. No LOS from the house Pole mount only option. Installer charged me $140. Said anything other than a roof mount is a custom install. I'm calling DTV tomorrow to raise heck. Just need some advice on what to say Thanks!

Thanks guys! I just called to confirm my installation and the guy on the phone didn't have a clue about the pole mount. Just reading from a script. Even said something like "don't worry about the tree, the installer can add an amplifier for the signal because leaves don't effect the signal..."...
