I may be incorrect but I was under the impression that "new" episodes meant episodes that were not already recorded to the DVR. Never mind; if you have 100 previously recorded you must be using an EHD!

I live near Memphis. Guess I will need a "satellite upgrade" to receive what I am paying for. Thanks DISH! :(

Have had the same problem with our 622s except it happens on National Channels. For instance, when watching channel 205, we lose signal. Rather than wait for this to supposedly clear itself, I drop down one channel and immediately go back to 205. Channel reappears without a problem.

DJ, THE reason I am now with Dish is because I had this very same problem (replacement receiver) with DirecTV about 4 years ago. I explained this to E's CSR . Between just the two of us, it was part of a bluff since I swore at that time I was through with D*. Alas, no cable in this part of...

....but I cannot. Seven days ago the dvr portion of my 622 stopped working. I called tech support and after spending 15-20 minutes with a very pleasant CSR, I was told a replacement should arrive within the next 5-6 days. Ok, being Mr. Nice Guy, I said that would be fine and decided to see...

No Grizzlies preseason games are broadcast. Not sure about the Predators but you will also get them on local regional broadcast. You should also be getting the Braves games on regional. At least that seems to be the case here in Memphis. Welcome to Tennessee!

Had a new roof put on today. When we lost the signal, I could not help but call him and tell him "we had a problem". Guess I (with egg on my face?) will call him early in the a.m. and apologize!!!!
