For reference, My first one (622) wouldn't record at all. The second one died and lost front end. I'm waiting for the third one now!

Gentlemen; My second 622 failed due to heat related problems, lost the front end. The first would not record. I'm waiting for the third one. I think a screen grill over the power supply would ease the heating problems. A fan on the small ported side would possibly impact the hard drive cooler...
