The relay is definitely a good candidate for the failed part. As long as you have good soldering skills you have little to lose. Look the board over closely for bad solder joints.

They are both identical electrically and in dimension. Go blue, it will work.

Looks like an exact replacement. If you haven't already got the SRD series relay I would order the exact replacement. They are both readily available.

Definitely never the first site. I've always gotten a warning message in the past when monthly data usage reaches 90% and 100%. After 100% there is an additional fee billed for each 50G.

I called. They said I won't get the message any longer. The customer rep said it was because the site streams data and it was possibly to prevent the account from exceeding my data limit. Strange since Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon worked without any pop ups. When I pointed this out the rep. hung up.

The only time I see this message is when I visit Satellite Guys so I don't see how it could be any of the things you mention. I'm still waiting on the email. I'll give them a call today.
