Neither of my HD receivers have the new GUI yet, I received an email about 5 days ago stating it would be coming the next day but nothing yet. Do I have do do anything to get the download started? I'm located in eastern NC if that makes a difference. i have a H-21-100 & an HR-22-100 Thanks...

My wife just noticed that when the Direct TV logo is floating on the screen (screen saver mode) a background picture is also showing. It's not a big deal but just curious if there is a fix for it, my HR-21 doesn't do it, all I see is the floating logo on a black background. Thanks Ron W.

Chip, I'm not sure what you mean by digital tuner whitin the TV, I'm thinking I do....but if what your saying is connect the OTA directly to the TV and use it's internal tuner, I guess I could. But that would mean going into the TV menu and deselect the HD/DVR input and switching to the OTA...

When I went to the antenna web site and did a location check one station that my wife needed would only be received by a UHF antenna (or vis-versa, I forget) and the rest where VHF. How can I find out if there are any local dealers nearby that do the installs so I can see what success rates...
