DTV did my installation about 4 or 5 years ago with white label stuff and continue to tell me over the phone that my set up is compatible. What gives?

I have n HR23 HD DVR and 2 H21 HD boxes. I'm upgrading to the whole home dvr and I've already purchased 3 DECAs, the Cinema Kit, and the stop filter. I have a wireless internet router installed already. DTV tells me I'm ready to go once I get the DECAs hooked up, but I've read so much...

Can anyone compare Dish pic quality with Cox cable from SE Virginia? I'm interested in dish, but afraid to pull the trigger.

I have the Winegard 4400 and I only get a couple of channels. I'm only 11-15 miles from all stations. Is there anything I can do? Is it possible I just need to reaim the antenna?

Will they install the superdish on the roof of the house? Also, I have a tivo series II, does it work with a standard def reciever? Thanks.

I don't have dish yet. I've got to replace voom, but I'm confused how many dishes the Dish Net has. Which one does everyone else have?

I'm contemplating signing up for the 180 pack, but it says I won't be able to recieve all the channels without the 500 which requires a 12 mth contract. Do I need the 500? What's the difference? What channels will I miss? Will I need to upgrade later? Thanks in advance.

So if you've gotten upgraded, what did you have before? Did it not recieve those channels? What will they most likely bring me, and how do I get them to upgrade the antenna?

I just ordered for installation, and was wondering from those in the area, will I get CBS and WB with ABC, NBC, Fox, upn over the air. I'm in South Chesapeake, deep creek, and Voom is telling me they cannot quote me, or gaurantee I will get CBS and WB. Do you guys get all the local channels?
