I appear to be missing the Favorites List menu setting on my HDPVR630. According the to the manual by pressing the FAV button on my remote it should bring it up on the screen. However, when I press that button nothing comes up on the screen. Am I missing a step to access this menu?

Does anyone know of a Shaw Direct installer in Los Angeles? I have the xuLNB, but need someone to install. I guess the clock is ticking on the June 5 2018 deadline to change over to the xuLNB.

I'm also in LA going through a broker. I have a 630 with two separate Winegard100 cm dishes with the old lnb. Can anyone recommend a source that ships the new triple lnb to the US? Also, since I have two separate dishes do I need some sort of switch to connect them together?

Pooka-Yes, does my broking and I've been in contact via Email about two weeks ago. My e-mail to TVM got rejected tonight. When I tried calling I got an out of service message. Can I PM you to get TVM's contact info?

Just tried sending updated information to TVM and my e-mail got rejected. Also called their phone number and got an no longer in service message. Is TVM still in the broker business?

I contacted Video Tek. Unfortunately he is not doing any more satellite work. I'm still holding out hope that someone in the LA area knows of a Shaw Direct experienced installer.
