Free HD glitch I've been on the free HD for 11 months, now suddenly the credit is gone from my bill. I called and they think it's a glitch, and issued me a $10 credit manually.

The extended contract with new equipment is NOT happening anymore due to a DTV settlement with the FCC, or some gov't agency due to unfair advertising practices.

This is a very common and unsolvable problem....I have it happen to me all the time as well.

Nope free HD ended in July.

I called and they sold me a new one for 14.95 then a day later my old one started working fine again....The new one is still in the box.

This is a common and known about problem, My system does it regularly and it's one of my biggest DTV complaints.....I dont know of any fixes.
