No, the corporate machine wore me out. Some at at&t thought it was valid but I could never get to the right contact. I gave up, would only have been $5/mo.

tried 800-253-2020 and after being on hold 20 minutes I had to go without talking to live person.

I've tried three numbers for AT&T, been transferred, on hold, (fill out a form first, and then you wait in the line - Paul Simon) and no one has been able to complete the deal or get me to the right people. Thanks for the suggestion to ask for a supervisor, I'll try that.
