I just signed up as a new customer and had to do the chat to get the Hopper 3 rather than Duo. The website won’t let you pick a Hopper 3 if it’s only 2 TVs but they did it in Chat and I’m sure they would over the phone. There is no way around the “upgrade” fee. It seems a little shady the way...
