I think the receiver when it boots into recovery menu and you see NECO on the display just press OK on remote twice it should boot into slot one and the display should change to numbers or dashes once booted. IF no picture still then I'd say hardware failure.

Yes when you see NECO on the display you should be seeing the recovery menu on the screen. You sure your Tv hdmi port is set? didn't get changed. Try another TV if you can.

What is the date on the TNAP 5 ? is it an osmio4k or osmio4kPlus? I found both versions on my HDD Dated 2023-0717. I could share. Also found both versions of TNAP 5.1 from 2024-December but they are backups not original downloads.

I am using TNAP6 osmio4kplus 20251112 image and webif is working fine here. Check your network and make sure the IP address is correct.
