No more Voom for me!

Woodridge IL WGN @100% Winegard roof antenna about 20 Miles west of the loop. Lowest strength is channel 2.1. at 87%. 9.1, 9.2, 11.1, 11.2 all at 100%. 32.1 95%.

Dish's response to my email. "Our Technical Operations Center has been monitoring RAVE and has also heard the audio drops you are reporting. Our engineering staff has been working with the provider on this issue over the past week, and hopes to have a resolution in the near future."

On Thursday I ordered a 942 to be installed.The CSR said the installer will bring the equipment. It seems most people with a 942 have had it shipped to them in advance. Has anyone had a installer show up with a 942? I ordered for E* not a retailer. Thanks

I wanted a replacement receiver but it seems impossible to get one. I have tried both soft and hard boots. I have left it unplugged overnight. It is stuck in a constant reboot on its own every 1-2 minutes. I live in the western suburbs 20 miles west of Chicago,

Voom installed 6 weeks ago. Worked great!Receiver died at 3 days old. Voom has scheduled a service call 3 times. Each time was a no show no call. Voom says they can't issue a refund or credit for any service outage without the "technician" verifying the outage. I tried to talk with a CSR...
