We are thinking of making the switch, but I just have a question as far as the whole-house DVR goes. We have 4 TVs, 3 of which are HD. If we get a standard receiver for the SD TV in our bedroom, will is work with the whole-house dvr or does it have to be a HD receiver?

and those of us who live outside of any market and have these huge mountains blocking all HD AND SD OTA ... there are many more than the before mentioned percentage of users. We may be moving to the other sat provider at this point who can offer local HD in our area ... sucks since we have been...

This may be a stupid question but ... if I switch my package over to include local channels ... will I no longer qualify for AAD? I really like being able to get both the east and west coast feeds for the network channels and would hate to lose that. Thanks in advance :)
