We have just switched over to Directv yesterday. We get 2 HD DVRs and 2 HD Receivers with the whole house DVR. Today I went online to setup some recordings, but it's not giving me the option to record to my receiver. Is there a certain amount of time I need to wait for this to get setup? I know that the installer said we should allow 24 hours for all the programming to get setup, but it's been 24 hours.
Also, I downloaded the app to my Iphone last evening, but it keeps saying my login is incorrect when I know it's right.
Is there a known issue or am I just not being patient enough?
