The time trax website is sending me directly to XMradio.... Is there no more TT web site with the manuals, explanations, etc?

I was wondering if there was a quick fix to this (step by step instructions please)..... My TimeTrax works pretty well, but I noticed that it records at a much lower voluem than regular mp3s. Is there anyway to resolve this? Thanks, shawn
