As long as your hooked up through hdmi or a quality component video cable and your t.v. is set for 1080i you should be good. No one that I'm aware of broadcasts is 1080p. I think it's a bandwidth issue. I'm sure there is some guys on here that could explain it better.

I know that it has to be at least six months since your last upgrade or new equipment order before they will negotiate with the price.

I have never seen the E mpeg4 but I do have d and I can say that it is not as good as i thought it would be. It seems like the receiver takes along time to decode it too before it comes through my hr20.

I would go with the visionsat, hence the pvr, need I say more.

I posted about this yesterday, and I'm convinced that I have seen the nflhd logo before. They may not send hd programing all the time, but something just doesnt seem right.

I have been a customer of D for almost 8 years, Anyway they told me it would be 199. I told the csr to send me to retention wright away. Anyways they must have a scale how the grade customers I guess. they gave me the new hr20 for the 19.99 shipping and handling fee.

Yea I see the black bars on both sides. I'm watching nfl total access wright now, and I thought it was supposed to be in HD.

O.K. I have done some searching and I don't see this posted yet, I have all the new hd channels including the NFL hd channel. But It is coming down in 4:3 And it doesn't say NFL hd in the upper corner on the channel. It looks just like a better sd version on the hd channel. Is this just me or is...

I couldn't even get them, I even tried a restart. I have everything else, good signal, 480,481,498 what gives.
