I looked at this thread at work and couldn't figure out where the 666 was coming from. When I got home and looked, I could see the cut and paste in the original post and it all made sense. I suspect other posters who sounded confused had the same problem I did with internet filters at work.

I had the same problem last year at this time. Problem turned out to be nearby trees which were starting to grow leaves. Had to relocate the antenna to another part of the roof. No problem since.

I have been a customer for six years with AEP/HD and autopay. Perfect record. When I sent a very nice/polite email to CEO requesting to exceed the 4 tuner limit, they said no. After reading posts from others saying they were successful, would CEO roulette be the correct term?

My father-in-law (early 80s) came over to my house after my Dish install, heard the Big Band music on one of the Sirius music channels, and signed up that day.

I just scheduled a Dish'n It Up to upgrade both a 501 and 510 to two 612s. $25 each - includes installation (couldn't get out of it). New 2 year commitment. The 501 and 510 are both leased and will be taken by the installer.

Someone can correct me, but I believe the 1080P content will only be coming over the internet connection to your receiver, not a satellite.

I have two DP34 switches. There is a 508 connected to the first switch and a 622 and 501 connected to the second switch. I get 61.5 (on a wing dish), 110, 119 and the check switch screen reads Sgl LNB for each.

I lost power over the weekend, and hooked up my TV and one of my receivers to a portable generator. I still didn't have a satellite connection, and I'm guessing there was some other part of the system (dish?) that needed power that I missed. What did I miss and where is it typically wired in...

I had the same severe lip sync problem with CNN HD last night. 622 connected directly to Sony LCD TV via HDMI.

Best picture I've had on my local Washington DC fox channel through Dish (can't get Fox OTA) in a long time. I'm not sure if Fox was using better equipment, Dish was doing less compression, or my local Fox affiliate was sending Dish a better picture.

I have had my 622 for about a year and just got a Sony 52XBR4. The previous TV was hooked up with component cables from the 622. I hooked up the HDMI cable to the Sony and it worked without any setting changes. I also hooked up component cables and audio as I fully expect the HDMI fitting on...

Probably a stupid question, but.... I thought the phone connection requirement was so Dish could see that the receiver was located in the same house as the account. How can just having it hooked up via ethernet only accomplish this?
