I've had Voom since March or so, and was wondering if I should have gotten the new oval dish. I haven't yet. Do I need to call customer service?

I got the new update Tuesday night. Last night (wednesday), I watched Voom, turned off my stb and came back and it had a red light on the front, where there is usually a green light (the little sat icon). I turned the power off again and came back later and the same thing. Anybody know whats up...
