ESPN2 HD is up and running here in Columbia, SC. I watched MLB on it last night.

I am served by TWC in the Columbia, SC market. Recently they've gone all digital, except channels 2-13. Does anyone know why these 12 channels are still analog? I wondered if any of you in another market had experienced the same thing. Any thoughts?
