Do the 722's not suffer the same issues as all these recent 622's are having? Since I'll be on my 4th refurbished 622 in two weeks I'm wondering if I should insist that I be upgraded to a 722 - or are the 722's just as bad?

Ok found it, greater than +/-5 = replace LNB... I just called Dish and they're coming out free of charge. I wonder how I'm still getting a signal with 61.5 at -11!!! Thanks Smith.

I looked up a few threads and it makes more sense now but I still don't know how to interpret the numbers I got: 0x0d, 0xa1, 61.5 (e-11.04) (o 0.00)

I have L4.05... Since I installed the 622 the day before yesterday I'm not sure if I ever haf L4.09. Strange that I'm having the problem with L4.05 when the rollback solved that same problem for others.

I was playing with my new 622 the other night and got to the diagnostics menu. I ran a test and everything popped up "ok" but there was a message saying "check notes", I did and got a "LNB drift" message... Sorry for my ignorance but I don't know what this is, can somebody please explain it to...

Thanks Gary. I'm going to call Dish back to verify... I do already have SD locals so hopefully they upgraded me to the AEP with locals. Are you also saying that HD locals are part of getting locals in general - nothing further is required to get them in HD?

I'm getting the 622 but I currently own my 942. I think getting $10 for it from Dish is kind of lame and the CSR told me I'm not required to send it in. The other receiver in my house is a 322 so I'd like to put my 942 in its place thus giving me a second DVR when the 622 comes in on Saturday...
