Sorry if this has been answered. I could find nothing in previous posts. Up until recently, I had an option of "Share Music, Video&more" from my menu(HR-20) That option is now missing. It is missing from all 3 of my HR-20's. What gives? I checked D* online and the mention of Mediashare...

I am not sure if they pushed it or if it was the release. When I turned on my TV after being on the phone with D* , I had a blue screen stating that new software was detected, etc. At least 2 of my 4 recievers rebooted after the update was complete.

OK, I finally have some news on this. A "case manager" finally called me back after I waited since Sunday. (I was told 2 hours). He was a sarcastic individual, who told me there was no way this was a D issue, but he would like to send a tech out to check my sat strength. Very long story...

Any HD feed from NBC (wfmj) in the Youngstown, OH area stutters so bad it is unwatchable. Last nights NFL game made me feel like I was in a strobe light. Anyone else see this, or am I just lucky?

Hi All, I have my DVR connected via hardline and it passes all tests. I can browse all VOD content, but when I try to add to my queue, the download begins.. briefly, then a messgae "download paused" appears. No other info that I can find. Any ideas? thanks in advance, tandias

I tried last night, and have the same result. I also tried doing a reset with the input in tuner #2 leaving tuner#1 disconnected. Same result with the exception that the error message says "Searching in Sat 1" instead of 2. I even tried "reset everything" from the setup menu screen. Same...

I have tried the button reset, not the unplug. I will try that , thanks. Funny thing is, the tuner shows a 75% signal with no line in the 2nd tuner.

I rearranged some equipment and the room I now have the DVR(HR20) in is setup for a single line. This is fine since I use the DVR very seldom, however, in the past couple of weeks everytime I change a channel, I get a "Searching for signal on 2" message because I only have tuner 1 with a source...

Is it possible to successfully split one input signal to a dual tuner receiver? I put a cheap splitter on and all seems good with the exception of having some pixelation on the HD channels. Is this as good as it gets or can I hope for better with a signal booster or better splitter? thanks...

Anyone catch the Penguins game on FSN Pitt last night. It was unwatchable. Choppy as all Hell. Is that the feed, the channel, the provider or something else?

Sorry to have upset you so much Charper. My thought was that if a show(Damages) was already brodcast in HD by other providers on a channel, and a new or different provider picked up the HD feed, then that show would be brodcast in HD. Next time I will get all the answers before I go to a...

Is anyone else noticing that there is no HD programming on the FX HD channel? Is this just me? Damages for instance was in SD and cropped for me.

The memo, I glossed over was in reference to what you pointed out that I missed. The point of my initial post was not to exonerate D* from any fault, it was to point out the insane reaction from people that have recently posted to this forum. They are talking class action lawsuits for God's sake.

First off, O.J. is innocent. Of all charges. Always. He was/is/will be framed. I beg anyone here to say they have called D and not be disconnected while being tranferred, or have had hold times longer then 15 minutes. You think the disconnect is an accident? We have all had the direct line...
