    Yep the same no authorization message came right back on screen as soon as the reciever loaded up without me touching anything.

    I got in there and mine on #5 is the same way it says to push the yellow button to un-authorize until reauthorized by provider. What do you think would happen if I did this or the factory reset?

    Thats good to hear from someone else I thought that the person from Installs Inc. was feeding me a line of BS. Do you have yours hooked to a phone line? Keep me posted, hopefully we can get this fixed I've had my TV for almost a year and am dying for some HD programming on it.
