I have 5 receivers but one has never been hooked up to the phone line; no problem with any of them and by the way, the receiver don't report back to Voom as of yet. The problem is the receiver or at Voom. What have you tried so far?

Called Voom and asked about buying on of those receivers for 100.00 to add to my existing account, the official statement he read said they would not activate the receiver. The only way to add another receiver is to pay Voom 199.99 to buy and 199.99 for the install. I might buy one and give...
