I saw somebody comment in a thread that Voom was showing ESPNHD in 1080i and nobody responded back to him. So I went and checked, and sure enough, it is 1080i. Why would Voom convert this channel to 1080i when the native resolution of ESPNHD is 720p? And before anybody jumps to conclusions...

Leaving your box on Auto still is no substitute for s-video or composite with SD. I also leave mine on Auto but any of the poor SD channels look tons better viewed over the composite for me. Hammer
