thanks for all the quick replies. Ill stay pat with the current setup for a day or two to see if syncs up and go from there. If not i think ill just revert to the old setup

I had 2 dishes one being the 61.5 that were replaced for one dish(1k) yesterday. The problem with the new dish is the 129 sat is not locking in. I was told it was my trees..cut those cleared it out and still have the same problem when the installer came out today to check the signal. I'm just...

so ill ask this here because im in this situation. I live in south texas(78596) had two sats but they came out and replaced it with one dish. Now they are having trouble getting the 129 sat , have had two installers come out and they are telling me i need the one sat because 61.5 is going away...

so i just found out about this, with parents who watch those channels religously i got a call from them asking what the deal was..ack now whats the latest on this :confused:

so i have turbohd gold .. and no fox news hd or fbn Hd either i just got off the phone with tech support and they told me they would not be available for these packages..yet i read they should be. Whats the deal here ::/

wow i got an amazing deal then..i got upgraded from a 622 to a 722 and also added the 612 for free plus free installation by the way the install was the most amazing job every done by an installer

ill def try san antonio then ..finally could read the replies darn time warner internet was in and out the last days...thanks for the help..im in hidalgo county..weslaco to be exact

got my 622 today ..just left on the side of the door ...i was surprsed being i called dish yesterday and they told me the installer was bringing it on the 20th..oh well..now to wait for the install, i need a 61.5 sat being im all the way down in south texas ;/

just got my slingbox from amazon.com...wow its amazing..set it up pretty fast..sister at st marys was watching dish minutes later...id recommend it to anyone..its amazing ...ill try it out at the office today :D

bah..they added the crap fox station from mexico(harlingen,tx locals)..there goes my dream of a distant fox hd..they are never going to upgrade to hd

same thing happend to me this morning..i called to upgrade to the 622 everything seemed fine but when i went to my tv to watch ol sportscenter ..nothing..all i had was hbohd and shohd..talked to three csrs and they all told me the only thing i could do was cancel my install ,add the programming...

called around 12pm...was on hold for like 10 minutes ..got a csr who stated this was his first upgrade..went from a 811 to 622 .."a couple of hold sir..i need to check something"..but all in all good experience..got a install date of the 20th in the am. they do have to add a sat pointing at 61.5...

1st time poster..as someone who live in the rio grande valley and knows where the dish network Customer service center is , this reeks of a scam, its probably some disgruntled worker who took some 622 by "accident"..that place is a hotbed for lousy workers..oh well
