Dirt, I have 1 original hopper, and 1 joey. I've been having issues with the receiver timing out during programs and other issues. I would like to know the cost of upgrade to the HWS. Thanks.

Since the last Hopper update my recordings folder doesn't stay alphabetized from A-Z. The recordings are jumbled most of the time, and apparently the scroll bar doesn't match where you are in the recording list. For instance if I scroll down all the way according to the bar on the right sides...

I have the same issue, no light and error 31. Did you call Dish directly to get a replacement or did you go through someone on the DIRT team? Mine was purchased in March 2012, so it should still be under warranty I think.
