    thanks.. they even said I would not be charged and they would refund me if i was charged. I really didnt believe them. Glad I checked here.. In fact they even "put a note" on my acct! Not sure what that will do.. But clearly the CSRs dont understand the BBMP either..

    Thats what I thought.. The CSR I spoke to said it was free.. I didnt really believe them. I will try another CSR and see what they say, but yet I got the impression the PPV was free. So this is a weird service..

    So I went to watch Fast Five and its only in SD (odd) and its $4.99? Thought it was free for BBMP?? I have seen some that are $6.99. Is it free or not?? and yes there are problem 234 threads on this topic..

    wow, i used to be able to see all my receivers, now I have to add them all again.. I do not see any receivers under my account anymore. wtf?? Thanks scott for the link, it sucks they have changed something that I have to redo all this.

    Anyone find this odd? I used to have: 625 (leased), 622 (leased), 510 (owned). I called and did the dish-it-up thingy. I exchanged the 625 for a 722 (free) But Since I was keeping the 622, thats 4 leased tuners. So.. I had to pay $199 for another 722. (took the 510 offline). They did give...

    Just got the $10/month Platinum charge removed...

    I just called up had them remove it. Funny thing is the website doesnt even list the Plat channels. . But they are still there..
