You are not missing anything. The satellite guide just shows "To Be Announced".

I agree, and it is hard to tell. But all of the 18 other signals on that transponder are SD mpeg4 channels, and there are 4 music channels on that transponder also. A mpeg4 SD transmission can look really good, if the source feed is good.
