Netflix on my TV works fine. No crash no black screen just 4k

Strange I got the update. Netflix is indeed showing 4k on my Samsung TV. Plus I do get dolby digital with Netflix now

The only grace for Satellite TV is that soon they will broadcast 4k programming. If rumors are correct next year Superball maybe 4k on Direct TV through their NFL package

I can state that hdmi does pass through dolby digital You do have to enable it. Go to setup then audio output. The first choice allows you to enable dolby pass through on hdmi It works fine on my system

I have this problem on my Joey 4k plus I can't adjust the picture format

The only problem I have with the Hooper is that crazy home screen. I hate it plus dish put you their everytime you go from standby ugh!!!

That is strange because the dirt team set me with Hooper 3 and one 4k Joey I have both installed and they work great My leaving room TV is 4k while my bedroom TV is 1080p only Next time you try to order if the agent refuses your wishes ask to speak to the Supervisor

I got my hopper on Monday. I tried 4k vod and got kicked out also Tuesday at 5pk I tried again and got 4k video I do believe that 4k is spooled it just takes longer. so if you cannot get 4k through vod then try it again
