Have Hopper 3 and checked my version and it said 313. Went to tools menu and clicked on "software update" and hopper went through a reboot, but still says 313. Any reason it is not updating ? Thanks for any response.

3 times in last week the hopper3 has started a external hard drive test that is suppose to last about 80 mins. It starts at the same time( 11:30 am) .Is the hopper3 checking its internal hard drive or checking my external hard drives? I have two powered external hard drives.

If I watch the same channel on the hopper 3 and any of the Joey's the whole house is controlled by the remote that I am using. For example : bedroom #1 I pause the channel with bedroom#1 remote all other channels(Hopper 3, bedroom #2 and Media room) will pause also.

I'm suppose to receive my 50.0 today.I was free after I called about my 52.0 not working for the second time. lucky my 40.0 still works.

I guess I will call Dish and set up an appointment to check the dish because I'm getting low numbers on all 3 sat. This best signal I got was 39 on 110 sat. Thanks for the info.

Maybe sat is getting blocked, but most HD channels are ok except for Espn(hd and sd),espnnews,etc. Espn2 is ok. Any idea's? Did a soft boot and check switch. All Sat signals were in the 30-35 range on 110,119,and 129. Have 2 Hoppers and 2 Joeys and they are showing same problem. Thanks

Have 722k and 2(two) 211k's with 4 TV's in 4(four) rooms. Wondering what cost difference I would have if I upgraded to Hopper/Joey. Plus how many Hopper/Joey's would I need?
