Just talked to cancellations and if you are under agreement you may NOT switch or they will charge you the ETF. Personally I think that's crap, same company!!

Just a heads up, I was able to order and not have the 4K channel packages. I think they just want the $$$ for the ppv and don't care about ch packages.

To get the ppv in 4K do you have to have the higher channel packages? I have the 4K set up but turned off the higher package to save $$$, was just curious if I had to add that channel package back or can I order the ppv and it show up on ch 106???

Does everyone with 4K have access to 9800??? I can't get it to work.

Got it working , had to upgrade HDMI , plugged into 61k and all was good.

No I'm connected to HDMI 1, I ran out to Best Buy and bought an HDMI cable that would support that port. I'm sure that's what it is.

Would the HDMI cable make a difference ? I have a feeling I have a regular HDMI hooked up, that might explain why I'm not getting the 60 fps

i just installed the h54 receiver today, and I have 4K on 104. But when I got to 106 my tv shows no signal. Also I don't have the 4K VOD channel either or any VOD channels or the apps? Will they populate over night???
