Well, it's December and there is still no digital simulcasting on 2-78 here in Dayton. Does anybody have information as to when we might see digital simulcasting? Time Warner is taking forever!

Any update for Dayton, Ohio? I just got digital cable and channels 2-78 are still analog. Here in Dayton, Time Warner always seems to be behind of everyone else. I wish I was in Columbus because of the digital simulcasting and that you get more digital channels on the value tier.

If I get Dish I know I get the Dish Home Protection plan for 18 months, but what if after that time the receiver goes bad or something. Would I still get a free replacement?

I would also go with your local installer. I'm in the process of possibly switching to Dish from Time Warner and I much prefer talking to the guy who is going to install the system. It makes me feel more at ease.

No, with locals and the second box the local guy said it was $52.99 for 120 and $62.99 for 180. I'm just wondering why the $3?

I was just about to make an appointment will my local guy for installation until he went over the package costs. They were $3 more a month. $42.99 for 120 and $52.99 for 180 plus tax. Is this right? Maybe I'm missing something but I also called Dish diectly and they were $39.99 and $49.99...

When I called my local guy he said that 2 UHF remotes come with the 322. Is he right because I thought only TV2 came UHF with it?

Well I just called my local satellite guy and he told me all I had to pay for is the pole and cement.

How far will the remotes go away from the box? I'm thinking about putting both boxes in the basement and I want to be able to control them from the second floor of my house. Would the signal be able to go through 2 floors?
