I currently have an 811 and a 625. I'd like to end up with (2) 211's and the 625. I have 2 HD Tvs so the 622 won't work for 1080i output to the second set. Any solution other than upgrade the 811 and buy and additional 211 somewhere... Thanx

Sounds like I need to keep my 811 and 625 and get a new 211 for $99.00?? Will I be able to receive all the HD channels on the 811. I do not get locals. Can I add the Voom channels with a new dish install?? Man this is confusing....

CC on SD programs thru 811 I have my 811 run to my TV with 2 inputs, DVI for HD and component for SD. The 811 does indeed only output CC (When turned on) thru the HD output. I use my TV's CC settings to view SD programming that includes CC. This will only work if you have an extra input on...

In my experience I've found that the 811 has a very weak OTA tuner. Good Luck.

I tried attaching my Dvd player thru the Rca inputs on the 811. I used input 2. When I select channel 0-02 the receiver switches to OTA mode and I get audio from the DVD but no Video. Am I missing something in the setup or will this not work. BTW, I have 811 DVI out to TV DVI and also...
