Interesting. This doesn’t seem to be the same as the only reason I noticed the LNB being powered-down was because I had the analyzer connected. Once I select a satellite or favorite, it power right back up. Thought it might be desired behavior, but couldn’t think if what that might accomplish.

That’s good to know, thanks. I normally keep the dish parked on the Newsource transponder for quick access. I’d never heard of the Reuters feed so I was attempting to see what might be there. Sounds like I’m not missing much.
