BHN finally completed the work on Tuesday. So far two solid day of uninterrupted internet and VOIP service. Also, for the first time in a very long time, there are no errors in the modem's error log. NICE!

I downgraded to 20mbps turbo service and everything is back to normal again. I don't have to log into my router every time the power glitches to renew it's WAN IP address. If BHN ever corrects the problem, I may upgrade to the lightning service.

I meant BHN when I said I hope they will update their router firmware. Right now the BHN modem/router is not able to display the IP addresses of all the clients connected to the LAN ports. Hopefully, a future firmware release will allow us to see that info. jerry
