We got as far as the actual cutoff of our programming. I called, and told the CSR that we hadn't received the cards. She immediately turned the receivers back on, and we got new cards within a week. Good Luck!

It's actually more like 12 feet. The tangent of 31 degrees is .6001, and .6 times 20 is 12. To get 14 feet you need an angle of 35 degrees or more.
