Rain-X I was told the same thing by a CSR when I asked her about rain fade and a dish upgrade . These CSR have no clue as to what they are doing .

Hi , here is a good one , when I asked the csr at Voom about rain fade she said ( I heard that if you put Rain X on the dish it helps) . I just about fell over laughing when she said that , they have no clue what they are talking about .

Hi , download went flawlessly and i got back my NBC 11-1 , along with some multipule channels of UPN and CBS . Great!

Hi , called today about NBC 11-1 and they had no idea what I was talking about , this really sucks because I have no NBC now . Maybe Sean has an idea what we can do to fix our problem .

11-1 What the heck NBC 11-1, for easily a week has been screwed up , very frustrating . I've been trying to convince the wife that VOOM is the way to go , but NBC , FOX, and CBS are all coming in bad , and I'm on my 2nd OTA antenna , with a repair call in for 7-26 . I'm keeping my fingers crossed .

Hey , I live in Woodstock and when Voom was first installed OTA was with the Stealth and I was getting Chan. 11 great and problems with 2 and 46 . So Installs Inc. came out and replaced with the Winegard and now it's just the opposite , 2 and 46 are o.k. and I have problems with chan. 11 ...

are these dvd's better for tweaking your plasma or LCD tvs? or is it just as essential for projection tvs?

can't you just take a cord, plug it in the voom and into a usb port on your computer?

just recently got Voom.. in the back, i see what looks like a slot to plug a USB cord in... it even has the little USB icon. what is this for? maybe i can watch this on my computer? :/ i dono
