I dumped my HD channels when they compressd VOOM. I watch tons more HD on my local OTA than Dish HD channels. And I just told Dish to take a hike with their new upgrade when I just spent $300 less than a year ago....anybody that pays these guys this is STUPID!!!!!

Knowledge is key I stuggled until getting on this list. If a person researches before trying every little possibility out there, they deserve a hard time. It's like people buying a Celeron PC and then wondering why it runs sooo slow :mad: I ask here which antenna to buy and bought a DB-4...

I have another antenna here from the old VOOM setup, it is a SENSAR II I believe. But when we installed the Dish 942, could not get it to work. I've seen posts here before about how to use this antenna, can someone point me to that info or suggest how?

I have a 942 DVR and suddenly last night the screen turned colors, everything has a brownish tint to it. I switched to the DVD player and color is fine, so I suspect something wrong with the DVR. Any ideas how to fix it or should I report to E*.
