    No HD game on CI again.

    I had the same issue tonight with the Hurricanes-Panthers game. I read the above post, called Customer Service, asked for "extension 721" and it was on in HD in a matter of seconds. Thanks for the assist.

    This has been my favorite, so far. They play a good variety of old and new stuff. I am enjoying it.

    I was at the Giants/Falcons game. I wish I had been home watching my new DirectTV in HD.
