UMM I was not telling anyone to not take Directv etc. I am just saying for me Comcast is better. If you like Directv fine. I happen to like country Music (grew up on it). I hope you stay happy with Directv. I am not happy with their limited selection. Enjoy the Fox reality repeats :)

I switched from Directv to Comcast Preferred package. WOW what a difference. I now get more channels like CMT Pure Country Nat Geo Wild etc. I had a few problems after I got installed due to an old Digital box. Comcast replaced it with a brand new one. I now have no problems. I don't have HD so...

Wanted to chime in I am so happy for the new HD next month! My favorites are going to be showtime Beyond, HBO Zone, and of course ESPNU! Its nice to be with an HD Leader again!:)

There is a problem with the package I reported it. We are supposed to be getting TMC in HD but all I get is channel not purchased 721. The CSR Reported it to a super said it would take 24 hours to get it fixed. THE SD Version comes in but not the HD . Its a glitch.

Thanks Scott. I can finally be happy with my Directv service now with this package. I feel it adds QUALITY to my service. Thanks Directv. I have asked them many times for a package like this I guess they finally ARE listening to customers.

Figures . All Directv cares about is raking in more money NOT having a decent package made available. I know its not "official" but in the back of my mind I figured it may be too good to be true.

i am looking Forward to new package. I say its about time to have a new package. I am very happy we have a new choice that is a LOW COST option for Premiums. Its about time.

I have two XM Radios and would never go back to FM/AM unless I had too. The numerous channels and commercial free stations make it an awesome radio service. Its only $11.95 for family friendly service and thats a steal compared to Cable TV and SAT TV. Long live Sirius/XM! I quit buying CDs...
