All my other linear sats are fine with strong signal. I have a 1.0 meter dish with a Invacom QPH-031 LNB. SG2100 motor.

I can't seem to scan all the transponders on T5, I know there are alot but I scanned and only ended up with about 44 channels instead of over 100. Are some of the transponders down?

I upgraded the software and I have a signal but I can't get any quality no matter what I do. I have another satwork and I parked it on G10R and still no quality. This is an older unit, but since I upgraded the software all the menus looks like the ones I have on my newer one. Any ideas? thanks...

Got it fixed, one of the cables had a bad connection. I had to set it on standard. thanks for the info.

I set it on Normal and the low on 10750 and still no quality. I have 1 line from C and 1 line from L to a diseq switch and the out from the switch to the LNBF side of the motor. And still no signal

Do I need to keep the universal setting on my receiver for the QPH-031. Just got my new one. Thanks in advance.

I guess I need the program that will Load the software. Satwork Loader that will work on windows xp pro.

Yes, I will try this one. It says not a valid win32 program. My computer shut down on the upgrade before and all I get when I turn the unit on is 00000 and both lights lit.

I'm trying to update my ST3688. When I try to open the Loader windows says its not a valid 32exe program. What can I do? :(

Will the Satwork 3688 even have a signal level when you go to a circular sat? Or do I need a circular lnbf to even get any signal? Thanks for all the help

I hate to ask a stupid question. Is linear the same as universal?

Could I get a dual lnbf holder for my fortec 1.0 dish? I would like to use a circular and a universal on the same dish. How do I hook them up to the Satwork 3688? Do I need to run 2 cables or can I y to one? Thanks for the help.

Has UPN been scrambled? They were saying that they were starting multicasting .What does that mean and how does that effect FTA?
